Located at MBS Crossfit, we will practice near the tarmac of the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport. The facility boasts unbeatable views of the Rocky Mountains to the west and downtown Denver to the east that will serve as the backdrop to an all levels vinyasa flow. Bring your own mat, water bottle, and towel. Arrive early to enjoy the view before class and get ready for a fantastic flow to the sunset on the tarmac! Class will begin promptly at 7:30pm.
